Eligibility
High school/College/University GPA of 2.5 or higher, or GED certification with a recommendation from an academic advisor
Must attend a Maryland accredited post-secondary institution
Significant contribution of voluntary community service during the last 12 months
The applicant must not be more than a third generation Hispanic.
Established home residency in the State of Maryland for at least two (2) years prior to the award date of the scholarship
